"Peru Regiones: Sur" promotes domestic tourism to southern Peru
LIMA, Peru - The National Chamber of Tourism (Canatur) announced the realization of the next tourism fair, “Peru Regiones: Sur” to take place Tuesday, August 25, according to a press release provided to Living in Peru.
Tourism companies from Apurimac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Moquegua, Puno and Tacna regions will participate in promoting tourism in their regions.
The fair will take place at the Centro de Convenciones Atlantic City of Miraflores.
The fair “Peru Regiones: Sur” will offer all those interested in traveling to southern Peru, the diversity of tourism products to be offered. Organized by Canatur, the organization has successfully held fairs that have been productive on the part of the regions’ development and growth of the tourism industry.
The event seeks to promote domestic tourism to the southern regions of Peru and generate future sales contracts between tour operators.
The fair also offers the tourism companies the opportunity to present their packages, tours, discounts and special rates for the consumers who attend the event. Attendees have the chance to purchase on the spot thanks to an agreement signed with Canatur and MasterCard.
