SECRETARY RICE: Good afternoon.
QUESTION: Madame Secretary, what do you expect to get out of the normalization talks next week?
SECRETARY RICE: Thanks very much. Thank you.
You recognize that this is the beginning of the implementation of the agreement of a couple of weeks ago.
FOREIGN MINISTER SONG: Our two countries are well coordinated and this coordination is giving the good results. And we will commence forward in the process of implementation.
QUESTION: Are you going to meet with Kim Gye Gwan, North Korea?
FOREIGN MINISTER SONG: Well, that's something -- I don't like to comment.
