Swiss Settlement - Nov 20 Urgent

Eastern District of New York - Judge Korman's Chambers Arguments will be heard on the Swiss Settlement What won't be heard is the Holocaust Survivors who have filed motions to throw the settlement out because their Lawyer Fagan was fired a year ago and they have never been brought to the table. However, Special Master Judah Gribetz allowed Major Jewish Organizations to become plaintiffs at a secret meeting held at midnight. Special Master Judah Gribetz refuses to disclose his former position as President of Congress of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations.
The settlement will allow a 1.25 billion payoff in exchange for immunity. Immunity for 100 billion in Guaranty Trust, Chase, Citibank transfered by the Bank of International Settlements thru the Federal Reserve in 1944. UBS and Credit Suisse are in negotiations to merge with Chase & Citibank and Guaranty Trust.
Insurance monies are believed to also be in NY, CT, and VT insurance companies awaiting to be merged under the agreed immunity.
