Published: Tue 24 Oct 2000 01:33 PM
Holocaust Survivors will go Live on TV Wednesday, October 25, 2000 (4:30-5:30 PM, Channel 57, Manhattan Neighborhood Network 537 West 59th Street, New York,) New York denouncing the World Jewish Congress and other major jewish organizations for embezzlement of settlement funds. Questions and Answer period will be available.
Lead Plaintiff Gisella Weisshauss has filed for disclosure of Judge Korman's judicial nomination and involvement by Judah Gribetz who was made special master for the settlement in return for Korman's nomination to federal bench.
Both Gribetz and Korman refuse to acknowledge the embezzlement scheme of 1.25 billion dollar settlement yielding immunity for Swiss Banks.
Attorney Fagen who represented the survivors was dismissed by survivors from representation and Judge Korman refuses to allow any involvement of the survivors in the settlement instead allowing Major Jewish organizations to take control that have neither the proper beneficiary status or releases from suvivors.
Attorney Fagen refused to take depositions of witnesses indicating hidden accounts in J.P. Morgan and Guaranty Trust. The survivors are calling for J.P. Morgan, Chase, and Citibank to open their books which have been reviewed secretly by Gribetz.
Gribetz's former Presidency of the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations and his subsequent settlement plan for his former members is a direct conflict of interest.
Senator Lieberman, Vice Presidential Candidate refused to help Holocaust Survivors when approached has received more than several million dollars from these major jewish organizations. It is believed that the holocaust insurance policies are in CT, NY and VT insurance companies - interests represented by him in the Senate.
Please support justice and the survivors.
All news agencies welcome.
