(U) Embassy delivered reftel demarche to Bunyan Saptomo, Director
for North and Central American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Saptomo said it was an issue that Indonesia took seriously
and said he would inform Embassy of who Indonesia decided to
support. Embassy also provided a copy of the nonpaper to Dr.
Nafsiah Mboi, Secretary of National AIDS Commission and Ms. Maya
Suminar, Head of Section, Directorate General for Social, Cultural
and International Organization.
