1. In response to action request regarding sugar exports and
allocated quote amounts, Bolivia intends to fill its entire
sugar quota for fiscal year (FY) 2008. Marcelo Olguin, from
the Ministry of Production, reports that there is an over
supply of sugar this year and the industry plans to export
its full allocation of sugar to the United States.
