SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, CFAC HUMAN RIGHTS
CONFERENCE
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend a CFAC Human Rights
Implementation Conference in Santo Domingo, the Dominican
Republic from April 21 to 25, 2008. The names are listed
with the surname first:
