1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. The following candidate has been selected for
participation in the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies
(APCSS) executive course to be held from April 3 to May 20,
2008 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Post vetting was completed on
March 6, 2008. Post requests that vetting be completed by
March 19, 2008, to provide sufficient time for processing.
