In response reftel, Post contacted Seraphin N'Gwej, President
Kabila's special envoy and diplomatic advisor, to inquire about
Congolese attendance at the AU Summit. N'Gwej is currently at the
Kivus peace conference in Goma and said that the GDCR will not name
its delegation until senior officials have returned to Kinshasa,
probably within 2-3 days.
