1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. The following candidate has been selected for
participation in the Asia-Pacific Chiefs of Defense
Conference October 30 - November 2, 2007 in Honolulu, HI.
Post vetting was completed on September 9, 2007. Post
requests that vetting be completed as soon as possible, to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the
