attend the above referenced ILEA Training.

2. Officers will arrive in Gaborone from Johannesburg on June 16,
2007 at 10:30am on South African Airways flight number SA 1763. They
will depart to Johannesburg on June 24, 2007 at 12:45pm on South
African Airways Flight number SA 1778.
3. Economy fare from Lagos to Gaborone and return per participant
is $1390. Each participant will receive a stipend of $30.00. Local
airfare travel for each participant is $185 and lodging cost per
participant in Lagos is $60.00.
4. As of this date, the Department of State has no credible
information regarding gross abuse of human rights on the part of the
above Nigerian personnel. There are potentially 2 additional
nominees who have not yet been vetted due to late submissions from
their agencies. We will advise ILEA when/if the vetting process is
completed in time for their attendance.
5. Medical Clearance: All participants have obtained medical
clearance.
