Cairn's Does The Ton - Streaker Escapes

So much for cricket boss Christopher Doig's plans for tougher sentences for cricket streakers (pitch invaders), today's streaker at the Basin Reserve escaped.
In a perfectly planned move the streaker ran from the embankment to the South Side of the pitch hurdled the picket fence grabbed his bag put his shorts on and jumped the external fence before security could grab him.
Meanwhile in the main match the Black Caps after starting with a shocker five wickets for the first 60 odd runs were recently pushing towards 250 with three wickets in hand.
Nathan Astel scored 62 and Adam Parore scoring 46 and Cairn's over the ton the afternoon session was something to be proud of.
Today is the first day in a five day test against Australia.
