The Maurice Wilkins Centre for Molecular Biodiscovery at the University of Auckland will host Dr Jill O’Donnell-Tormey from the New York-based Cancer Research Institute at a public seminar tomorrow.
The Maurice Wilkins Centre for Molecular Biodiscovery at the University of Auckland will host Dr Jill O’Donnell-Tormey from the New York-based Cancer Research Institute at a public seminar tomorrow.
The Cancer Research Institute is involved in the development of immunotherapy, the treatment at the centre of a recent successful global clinical trial for immunotherapy for advanced melanoma.
Dr O’Donnell-Tormey is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Scientific Affairs for the Cancer Research Institute.
The Institute plays a critical role in the discovery, development and optimisation of cancer immunotherapies including combination approaches that bring multiple drugs together to achieve maximum clinical benefit.
This is a public seminar and all are welcome to attend.
