Pukerua Bay Body Identified

Porirua Police have identified a body recently found at Pukerua Bay as that of missing Palmerston North man James Morton Alexander.
Mr Morton was 75 at the time of his disappearance from Palmerston North on 25 June.
Dental records were used to identify his body which was found amongst the rocks at Pukerua Bay on 20 August. It's thought that his body had been washed from the Manawatu River and down the coast.
The death has been referred to the coroner.
