The Results Are In: Brash And Winston Peters Both Winners After Polls!
To go to Hell that is! The demons at Hell Pizza decided that they had had enough of skewed polls, worms and other
political nonsense; they wanted to find out what New Zealanders really think about our leaders today. So in brutally
honest form they asked New Zealand, “Who would you send to Hell”?
To make it nice and simple, voters could simply text in, or visit hellpoll.co.nz to vote. No need to visit the local RSA
on Saturday morning, voters could vote at their leisure from the comfort of the car or couch, or wherever they happened
to be. With 49,797 individual votes being counted, Hell Pizza feels confident that the polls accurately reflect the true
mood of New Zealanders today.
And because the demons are such nice guys, they gave away a prize to every voter, with the top prize of a trip to Bali
to be won. The winner of the trip is being announced in the next week.
Mrs Awatere Huata did the most damage to the other contestants, with 83% of voters believing she should go straight to
Hell for the sin of Pride; the largest winning margin of the poll.
Winston Peters and John Tamihere fought a tough battle; it was tooth and nail, bad words, and dirt throwing to the end.
However after 14,182 votes, Winston managed to claim his ticket direct to Hell for the sin of Wrath over John with 55%
of the votes. Trevor Mallard and Dover Samuels also fought a tough race for the honour of going to Hell for the sin of
Greed; however Trevor triumphed in the end and has officially been voted to go to Hell with 58% of the votes.
