Lengthy Deployment for navy ship
The Navy frigate HMNZS TE KAHA will depart Devonport Naval Base on Monday June 27, 2005 at 11:00am, sailing for Operation Cutlass II, a 5 ½ month deployment to Australia and Asia.
TE KAHA will first proceed up Auckland Harbour to Kauri Point Armament Depot, departing for sea at 3:00pm.
During the deployment TE KAHA will be representing New Zealand in a variety of operational exercises, activities and Defence Diplomacy visits. TE KAHA will visit Singapore and Kemaman, Malaysia as well as various ports in Australia.
