Police have located American Father and Daughter
As a result of publicity, Mr Andrew Burns and his daughter Alexis Burns-Buck from New York State have been located at
an address in Wellington.
Andrew Burns has been arrested for passport offences. Andrew Burns is wanted in the United States of America for
parental abduction of Alexis. Mr Burns abducted his daughter on March 14, breaking the custody orders in place.
Alexis is currently being looked after by the American Embassy and she will be sent back home to the States as soon as
possible.
