Police await any further instruction from Courts regarding Caitlin Jelicich
With an appeal made to The High Court in New Zealand on the Warrant to Enforce Custody regarding Caitlin Jelicich, inquiries being made by Police are now on hold with the court hearing scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. The Appeal was made by the lawyer for Mr Jelicich.
No Warrant To Arrest was issued for Mr Jelicich. (This is different to the Warrant to Enforce Custody issued by the Family Court which is what Police were acting on) Police were acting on an instruction from the Court and will wait for the Court's decision as to whether any further action is required.
