Local election audit, processing and count progress: Wednesday
The audited result of the Nelson- Marlborough DHB has today been sent to the Electoral Officer for declaration.
The results of the following elections have already been declared.
Bay of Plenty DHB, Capital and Coast Health DHB, Chathams Islands Council, Counties-Manukau DHB, Dunedin City Council, Hutt Valley DHB, Kapiti Coast Council, Lakes DHB, Marlborough Council, Matamata-Piako District Council, MidCentral DHB, Porirua City Council and Porirua Licensing Trust, Tairawhiti DHB, Wairarapa DHB, Waitemata DHB, West Coast DHB, Wellington City Council, Whanganui DHB
All Council and Licensing Trust election results have now been declared. Six DHBs remain to be declared. Work is continuing on processing and audit. The remaining DHBs are:
Canterbury DHB Hawkes Bay DHB Otago DHB South Canterbury DHB Southland DHB Waikato DHB
How long the processing and audit takes and the order in which results are released to Electoral Officers depends on the issues identified in each case. It is therefore still not possible to predict when further results will be available or in which order they will be produced. Considerable progress has been made in the processing and audit of the remaining elections.
