Why Won’t Dr Cullen Front?

National MP Annabel Young thinks Labour’s Dr Cullen is worried about being shown up by Bill English.
"Dr Cullen hasn’t been on TV for months. Helen Clark fronted TV One last night and this morning on the tax relief plan.
"Either Helen has no confidence in him or he’s scared of Bill English.”
"Dr Cullen must be somewhere. He’s certainly not under public scrutiny. Maybe he’s hiding his light under some bushel near Napier” said Annabel Young.
“Will the Alliance be sending a search party out for Dr Cullen or are they happier without him?” she asked.
