Tom Frewen: Greens co-leader Russel Norman is denied a chance to explain his side of the incident outside Parliament last week when Chinese security guards took his Tibetan flag. Bill English, though, says television coverage of the scuffle shows the Greens co-leader was partly to blame. The finanace minister is then hammered by Labour over his budget grant of $4.8 million to the Pacific Economic Development Agency.
