National pays tribute to Graham Stairmand
Graham Stairmand, who passed away today, was a staunch advocate for New Zealand's senior citizens, says National's Welfare spokeswoman, Judith Collins.
“As President of Grey Power, Mr Stairmand was fearless.
“In addition to his work in advocating for the more than 500,000 superannuitants, Mr Stairmand joined others to bring an action against the invidious Electoral Finance Act.
“He will be sadly missed by the 90,000-member Grey Power.”
