Fitzsimons To Speak On Peak Oil & Climate Change
Green Co-Leader Jeanette Fitzsimons will be speaking at three public meetings next week on the impact of Peak Oil and climate change.
At the meetings in Hastings, Opotiki and Nelson, Jeanette will outline the social and environmental implications of the twin developments upon New Zealand's energy, transport, and housing options. The forums have been organised by local branches of the Green Party.

Monday, 18 April, 7.30pm
Angus Hotel, Hastings.
Tuesday, 19 April, 7.30pm
Nelson School of Music. Mike Ward MP also speaking.
Wednesday 20 April, aprox 7.30pm
Opotiki Hotel. Preceded by a 5.45pm screening of 'The End of Suburbia' at the Opotiki De Luxe Theatre.
