Pot Plugging Greens Are Dis-Jointed
As To Policy - Peters
“The Greens have proven themselves to be nothing more than a gaggle of high happy, hippy hoboes through their determination to have New Zealand become a Cannabis Castle in the South Pacific”, said New Zealand First Leader and MP for Tauranga, Rt Hon Winston Peters.
“That the Greens have resolved to make the reform of our cannabis laws a condition of any coalition with the Labour Party, only serves to confirm the belief that the Greens are more concerned with the ability to have the country high on drugs rather than on solid sensible policies designed to make our lives, and those of our children better”, Mr Peters said.
“Such a dis-jointed’ policy, does not auger well for our future and New Zealand First holds strongly to the view that New Zealanders do not want or need a bunch of pot-heads anywhere near the levers of power in the next, or any future New Zealand Government”, concluded Mr Peters.
