An Open Invitation: Pacific Programmes Of Action – Regional Launches
Last week Pacific Island Affairs Minister anounced that Pacific representatives from eight regions throughout New Zealand have completed plans of action on how they will strengthen their communities and work in partnership with Government.
More than 5000 Pacific people's representatives from around the country have been involved in identifying their plans of action for the future and developing partnerships with local and central Government.
The Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs will be holding a series of eight community meetings for Pacific communities to launch programmes of action for each region.
Local media representatives are welcome to attend these launches.
