Health Minister Annette King, accompanied by Sport Minister Trevor Mallard, will launch the New Zealand Health Strategy on Monday, December 11, at 3.30pm in the Grand Hall at Parliament.
The draft version of the NZHS was released in June. More than 600 written and public submissions were received, and the document has now been revised. Copies are available from the Ministry of Health.
Journalists are advised that there will be at least one activity at the launch that is designed to preserve their health.
