-LOAN DISPENSATION FOR DOCTORS?: Young doctors could get a dispensation from student loans under proposals being considered by a group of cabinet ministers in an effort to stem the tide of junior doctor moving overseas to better paid jobs.
-TAPPING STOPS: The tapping from crew on the submarine trapped under the Barents Sea in the Arctic has stopped. A Russian Navy spokesman said the last message received from the tapping seamen was SOS – Save Our Souls.
