Chaudhry following meetings today. The Fijian PM says that he may want further sanctions imposed against Fiji if there
is no sign of a return to democracy.

BABY BASHING: Police investigating the death of a Wairarapa toddler are refusing to be drawn on whether a woman arrested
in the case will face further charges. Police expect to spend another couple of days on forensic tests. In Auckland’s
starship hospital another bashed toddler remains in a critical condition.
WELLINGTON HOOLIGANISM: The CEO of Wellington Stadium says that the people who threw bottles at the South African
