KiwiFM Audio: Wallace & Manning – CIA Memos Create Legal Dilemma
KiwiFM Audio: Wallace Chapman and Scoop's Selwyn Manning discuss how the memos between the CIA and the Bush Administration's Justice Dept mark a defining moment in Barack Obama's presidency. This has challenged the international law premise that an individual cannot use as a defence that he or she was acting on orders.
