The Week in Parliament: Tom Frewen presents The Week In Parliament. This week Trevor Mallard continued to grill David Bennett over ACC Minister Nick Smith's attendance at a select committee financial review of ACC, in an attempt to prove Smith misled the house. Phil Goff and Pete Hodgson continued Labour's attack on Richard Worth over his trip to India, his business interests, and potential conflicts of interest. The PM tried to table a twitter statement apparently from Labor MP David Cunliffe, which turned out to be a hoax
