Scoop Audio: PM Talks Budget, Telecom And Missing Rodney Hide's Dancing
The budget was the piping hot topic of debate at today's post-cabinet prime ministerial press conference. Also on the agenda of a shortened smorgasboard of bite size pieces informational chunks was the infamous Telecom leak – and who was responsible - and the topic that has been undoubtedly discussed around office water coolers all day today – Rodney Hide and his 'Dance of Love' (the Rumba).
While the Prime Minister paid some attention to the budget and the leakiness of Telecom related papers she proved the country is in safe hands by explaining that she was working too hard on Sunday night to take a gander at Mr Hide's chest-exposing Latin American dancing (not necessarily the Prime Minister's exact words.)
