Is HE the leak?
By L. Repscowt
The Associated Press recently released a story stating Bob Novak is confident that President Bush knows who leaked Valerie Plame’s name to the press.
WASHINGTON Dec 14, 2005 — Columnist Bob Novak, who first published the identity of covert CIA officer Valerie Plame, says he is confident that President Bush knows who leaked Plame's name.

Does President Bush know who leaked Valerie Plame’s name, or is President Bush the person that initially leaked the name?
One report after another has described Scooter Libby as Chief of Staff to Vice President Cheney, yet there has been virtually no mention of the fact that from January 20, 2001 until the date of his indictment, Scooter Libby was employed as Assistant to the President of the United States.
The indictment may be 22 pages long, but you only have to read the first …..
….to know that Scooter Libby had three titles; he was Assistant to the President of the United States, Chief of Staff to the Vice President, and Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs.
“Beginning on or about January 20, 2001, and continuing through the date of this indictment, defendant I. LEWIS LIBBY, also known as “SCOOTER LIBBY,” was employed as Assistant to the President of the United States, Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the United States, and Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs.”
Is Bob Novak challenging President Bush to come forward and provide the name of the person that leaked Valerie Plame’s name, or is Bob Novak providing President Bush with the opportunity to come forward and admit HE is the White House leak?
