Judgment: Clarkson Wins Tauranga
The High Court has found favour of Bob Clarkson did not overspend in his Tauranga election campaign. Clarkson will continue as the MP for Tauranga.
This was announced to Parliament by the speaker today.
The ruling relates to an electoral petition taken by former Tauranga MP and current Foreign Minister Winston Peters.
Costs may be awarded at a later date.
