In approximately 1 hour a NEW Scoop server is being turned on and will take over the Scoop web serving load. This is a
major upgrade in technological terms, and shortly you will see some more new navigation tools and features appearing on
the site. The main thrust of the re-design effort has been to make navigation through the site easier.
