Scoop Images: Dublin Street Party

Up to 1000 people partied hard on the streets of Dublin yesterday on the south side of the River Liffey for three hours before the gardai (police) got their truncheons out and things turned ugly. It was the biggest event of its kind in the city and the 24 arrests and several hospitalisations appear to be apart of a concerted crackdown by the police against anti-capitalist protest in the city.
