Are They For Real?
The latest pictures to come from the Lord of the Rings film website theonering.net seem to have had some magic touch ups – if they are real photos at all…
The pitures are to used for Newline Cinema’s “licensing show”, the promotional material for Lord of the Rings, which is set to include plastic action figures, toys and costumes at a Star Wars level of marketing hype.
If the pictures are touched up photographs from the set then, even with the addition of graphics tools, it seems Peter Jackson hasn’t lost his directoral touch.
Scoop's knowledge of Lord of The Rings, the book, lead it to expect the scenes come from early on in the film.
