Rachel Hunter credits meditation for helping her get the best out of each day.
“Through meditation, we create space, allowing us to better deal with the ebb and flow of day to day life,” says Rachel.
This tip is among the personal wellness tools Rachel is sharing with intimate audiences on her upper North Island tour,
The Nature of Well-Being.
During the evening events, Rachel holds space for conversation and invites people to experience meditation and breathing
practices, sharing her own insights and tools to deal with the ups and downs of daily life, and to reconnect with the
natural joy within.
“Everybody deserves to live their fullest life; laughing, being happy, being connected, living strongly in their being.
If I can provide some form of guidance in helping someone reach that state of wellness, then that’s fantastic.
“It’s about coming back to our childlike nature and quality, having that wonder about the world around us,” says Rachel.
