Quax Argument On Synthetic Cannabis “Weak”
“Extremely weak” is how Josh Forman describes Dick Quax’s response to the Governments announcement that it is restricting the sale of synthetic cannabis products to over 18’s.
“Government's response is based on advice from an expert advisory panel whereas Quax bases his argument entirely on un-sourced, un-verifiable and unlikely anecdotal evidence. “
Josh Forman calls for a “rational debate on drug laws beginning with a cost benefit analysis relating to the decriminalization of marijuana compared to the status quo”
“Why would the Government want to take its lead on drug law from the USA, as suggested by Dick, which spends $12 billion dollars (US) annually, without demonstrable success on its so called war on drugs?”
