29/5/06 The helicopter responded to Great Barrier Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
29/5/06 A woman with injuries suffered after a fall was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
31/5/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.
31/5/06 New Zealand Police Search and Rescue tasked the helicopter to the Hunua Ranges (14 winches carried out).
31/5/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
2/6/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Whitianga to Auckland City Hospital.
