Wanted: 1000 New Zealand Women to Participate in National Wellbeing Survey
New Zealand women are being asked to participate in a nationwide health and lifestyle survey.
The aQuana Wellbeing Survey aims to provide a snap-shot of how New Zealand women feel about a variety of issues including health, lifestyle, career, finances, relationships and safety.
The survey is open to all New Zealand women aged over 18 years. It will include questions about exercise, hydration, use of vitamin supplements, mammograms, botox, cosmetic surgery, food labelling, stress, glass ceilings, financial planning, pre-nuptial agreements, sexual harassment, fertility, single motherhood, marriage and whether women feel safe in their own homes.
To take part, visit http:// http://www.aquana.co.nz and follow the instructions. Women who would like to take part in the survey but don’t have access to the internet can free-phone 0800 505 123 to request a copy of the survey and reply paid envelope to be posted to them.
aQuana spokesperson, Alison Sykora, says she anticipates a high level of interest in a survey that accurately reflects how New Zealand women are feeling about issues that are already consistently in the headlines.
“The survey is not intended to be a definitive statistical analysis of women, rather it aims to accurately reflect the issues and concerns that contribute to or detract from our sense of well-being and balance,” she says.
Every entrant who completes the survey will go into a draw to win prizes including a Sony DVD player valued at $499, a range of Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment DVDs and videos, and six-packs of aQuana.
The results will be analysed and distributed to media nationwide including television news, print, radio and magazines.
