Wellington Women's Centre Liquidation

General Meeting for Confirmation of Liquidation
6.30pm Monday 30th July
To be held in the Large Room at the Women's Centre Called in accordance with s15(b) of the Wellington Women's Centre Constitution.
Agenda: A decision must be made for the future of the incorporated status of the current Women's Centre. Either to confirm the earlier decision to liquidate the Incorporated Society, or if enough women in the public come forward wishing to be Core Group members they are elected so and continue the running of the Society.
Also at this meeting the Current Tenants will present a statement of how they intend to continue occupying and operating out of the space.
