Register your wheels now for the Wheels at Wanaka Easter Extravangza at Three Parks!
Wheels at Wanaka is the new biennial Easter Extravaganza, celebrating all things with wheels or tracks, vintage and new. There will be over 50 acres of entertainment including, tractor dancing, classic car parades, earthmoving and steam engine demonstrations, local market stalls and an interactive kids zone.
You can now "Register your Wheels" and be part of the fun! We welcome all vehicles and engines with tracks or wheels, so come along and show off your pride and joy! Plus if you enter your ride before 30 December you will be in our draw to win our Wanaka Experience Early Bird Prize.
For the first time, in Wanaka, we’ll be bringing four normally separate events together including:
• Car, Motorcycle and Truck Show - vintage, classics and exotics from over 200 car clubs around NZ
• Tractors and Farming Heritage - Celebrating 60 years of the West Otago Vintage Club
• Earthmoving Extravaganza & Engine Demonstrations
• Vintage Fair plus Trade, Market and Food Stalls - Vendors can also apply from 30 September
We are proud to announce the Wheels Gold Partnership with Highlands Motorsport Park. Every Wheels Entrant, who registers their vehicle online will receive one free entry to the Highlands National Motorsport Museum. With 12 activities and a café onsite, there is something for everyone and if you buy a Family visitor pass online you will receive one free Highlands Go Karting Experience.

Over the two days, we will be giving away amazing Spot Prizes, Best Exhibitor Prize and Public Choice Awards, which will be announced on Easter Sunday.
Wheels at Wanaka is expected to attract visitors from the wider Upper Clutha District, through to the top of the South Island and beyond. And with the breadth of exhibitors and displays, we anticipate engine enthusiasts through to Easter family groups to attend the event.
The Wheels at Wanaka Charitable Trust and an Organising Committee has been established to deliver the Wheels at Wanaka biennial event to display and celebrate New Zealand's unique transport, farming and construction industry heritage. Modern sustainable farming and other machinery will also be on display.
Surplus funds from the Wheels at Wanaka will be utilised for charitable purposes within the Upper Clutha community, for example, the Wanaka Coastguard.
Wheels at Wanaka is a proud recipient of QLDC’s Event Grant and is looking forward to working in partnership with them to make this event a success.
Founding business partners include Warbirds and Wheels Diner & Museum, Maungatua Contracting, Three Parks, Central Machine Hire, Willowridge Developments, Devon Dairy Farms – Directors from these businesses as well as the West Otago Vintage Club act as Trustees.
