Art and Matilda To Model At iD Fashion Week
New Zealand’s most popular couple – The Bachelor NZ’s Art Green and Matilda Rice – will hit the country’s longest runway on the platform of Dunedin’s historic Railway Station during iD Dunedin Fashion Week (March 12-20).
The CleanPaleo director, who rose to fame last year as New Zealand’s first bachelor, will make his iD debut alongside his girlfriend Matilda Rice on Saturday March 19 as t-shirt models in Dunedin’s Golden Centre Mall capsule collection.
“We’re really looking forward to attending this year’s iD with Dunedin’s Golden Centre Mall and you will even get to see us try and strut our stuff on the catwalk!” says Green.
“Being once part of the Dunedin student community, I know how important this event is – to the city, and to New Zealand. I’m looking forward to seeing the iD International Emerging Designer Awards show and the latest new fashion from around the world.”
The pair, who are hosted by Dunedin’s Golden Centre Mall, a major sponsor of the international fashion event, will also appear in the Mall for a book signing event for his new book, Eat Clean Live Lean on Saturday March 19 at 12pm.
A competition will be held by the Mall to win double VIP tickets to the Saturday show which will be given to them at an exclusive lunch with Art and Matilda at the Carlton Restaurant, Scenic Hotel Southern Cross.
“I’m really pleased to be able to bring New Zealand’s first bachelor to Dunedin as a major sponsor of this iconic fashion event,” says Simon Eddy, the General Manager of Dunedin’s Golden Centre Mall.
“I’m also looking forward to providing the opportunity for our customers to meet Art at one of the many exclusive events held at the official iD Fashion Week Hub at Dunedin’s Golden Centre Mall.”
