Dunedin Youth Orchestra & City Choir concert
Dunedin Youth Orchestra and City Choir Dunedin present "These Lands Are Ours" at Knox Church on Saturday, September 26 at 7.30pm, a concert exploring national identity.
David Burchell conducts the choir and orchestra in Elgar's Saint George, and the orchestra in pieces by Douglas Lilburn, Felix Mendelssohn, Dunedin composer Merlin Callister, and Scotland's Alexander Mackenzie .
Tickets: Beggs MusicWorks, Knox Church office or phone Clare (03) 476-2426. Adults $20; concession $15; students $10; high school age $5 (younger children free). Cash or cheque only.
