Women’s Wellness Expert to Feature at Inaugural Beautiful You Event
A leading Auckland-based body transformation coach, chiropractor, holistic nutritionist and wellness expert for women, Dr Tammy Hume, has been announced as the star attraction of the inaugural Beautiful You event, set to take place in Nelson this month.
Presented by Nelson’s Loveday Natural Health Centre, Beautiful You is described as an evening of fun, inspiration and empowerment for women, where attendees will have the opportunity to learn healthy tips and tricks, sample delicious food and wine, and hear from Dr Tammy.
Dr Tammy, who has featured on Breakfast TV in addition to a variety of publications and events, says she is looking forward to sharing her story with Nelsonian women.
“I now know how the body works, and what it needs to be healthy on all levels. However there was a time where despite everything I knew, I still lacked the belief in myself to make it happen, so I’m really looking forward sharing my story and some of what I know with the wonderful women of Nelson,” says Dr Tammy.
John Loveday from Loveday Natural Health Centre will also speak at the event, alongside Bioresonance Practitioner, Helen Loveday, and Wholefood Coach, Maddy Bellcroft.
Attendees will enjoy sampling Sea Level Wines, complimentary hair and makeup by Cardells and Ko Cosmetics respectively, a mini massage by Stressless, and will be in to win fantastic giveaways, including Ribbon Earrings by Benjamin Black Goldsmiths, a 1kg jar of Pic's Peanut Butter, vouchers for Woman Beauty Day Spa and the Loveday Natural Health Centre.
All ticket holders will also receive a goodie bag packed with treats from Plantæ Certified Organic Skincare, Pic's Peanut Butter, Miessence, Living Light Candles, Oleo Coconut Oil, Nature's Harvest Organic Fruit Bars and more.
