The Pantograph Punch Presents: Why Are You Still Here
To celebrate the young and creative talent of Auckland city, The Pantograph Punch are putting on a panel discussion and performance on Friday 30th November.
WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE features a selection of the city’s rising talents – Emily Miller-Sharma (designer, Liam), Leon Radojkovic (composer, Dr Colossus, Carnival of Souls, BREL), Anthonie Tonnon (songwriter, Tono and the Finance Company) and Rebecca Kamm (editor, NO magazine) – in a discussion of what it means to work creatively in New Zealand – the benefits of staying, leaving or teetering somewhere in between.
Bookending the discussion will be performances by Tiny Ruins and Dear Time’s Waste, with poetry by Hera Lindsay Bird, winner of the 2011 Adam Prize.
