Sandwiches mail out

Published: Thu 4 Jun 2009 09:28 AM
Evening all,
Welcome to another Sandwiches mail out.
Ouch. Just as well we had an extra day off this weekend. We needed it after an epic night on Friday with Mr Derrick Carter. The man didn't disappoint with an amazing three and a half hour set to a full (and very appreciative) house. Big thanks to every one that came along - was nice to see some old faces.
But, the fun doesn't stop there, we've a massive double header this weekend with two of our favourite acts in town:
Friday - Kid Kenobi & MC Shureshock (Aus)
It's Gentlemen's Club's second birthday. Kid Kenobi played at the first one two years ago... You see what we've done here? We know you love Kid Kenobi, and this boy is the real deal, 3 times Aussie DJ of the year he is constantly traveling the four corners of the globe playing records and rocking parties with his MC Shureshock. This will be nothing short of a serious knees up so come and cut a rug with host DJ Dunsta and the rest of the crew.
Saturday - London Elektricity & MC Wrec (UK)
Need we really say more?
With the live show London Elektricity literally conquered the world (including Sandwiches). The live band bowed out in style in 2006, but London Elektricity lives on, and over the past couple of years Tony Colman has become the people's choice for upfront Drum and Bass.
This will be another full house, so if you haven't got your ticket already act now!
Don't forget:
Wednesday's - Live Jazz with the Nick Tipping Trio
The ever popular wednesday night live is back and better than ever. Book a table for dinner and enjoy the show from 8.
Thursday's - 2 for 1 Thursday.
Two for one deals on our amazing gourmet pizzas all night, drinks specials and fine tunes from resident DJ's Wade and Stu Sandwiches on the decks from 7. Ace.
Upcoming and confirmed... keep your eyes on the website:
State of Mind
