[March 24th 2009] MySpace.com today announced that Savage and Devolo, two of New Zealand’s premiere hip hop artists will be presenting the latest FREE MySpace Secret Show. Held in a secret Wellington location on April 2nd, Kiwi’s keen to see Savage and Devolo can only discover the venue and ticket allocation details via MySpace bulletins when they add www.myspace.com/secretshowsnz as a ‘friend’.
New Zealand’s top selling Hip Hop Artist and founding member of the prolific Deceptikonz, Savage is now a global phenomenon. Having recently cracked over 1.5 million digital/mobile sales for his hit ‘Swing’, this year Savage was also awarded the Tui for International achievement at the New Zealand Music awards. Joining Savage will be fellow veteran Deceptikonz MC, Devolo, who released his debut solo album ‘Heaven and Hell’ to acclaim late last year. Savage & Devolo will also be joined by Wellington locals Beatrootz.
With a MySpace profile that boasts over four million views, this Secret Show will give some of Savage’s Kiwi MySpace fans the ultimate live experience.
