Matt Halliday Signs With 26000 Vodka
LOS ANGELES, CA, JULY 15, 2008: New Zealand race car driver Matt Halliday has signed with New Zealand premium vodka company 26000 Vodka. Matt is one of New Zealand's most acclaimed and versatile racing drivers, having recently competed in A1GP, Champ Car World Series, NZ Porsche GT3 and V8 Supercars in Australia.
26000 Vodka is the creation of a lifetime dedicated to creating the worlds' finest vodka. It takes its name from the age of the aquifer water source created 260 centuries ago. It's an award winning vodka that comes in three varieties: the natural crystalline vodka, and two infusions of Raspberry Lemondrop and Lychee. Both of these varieties are naturally coloured from their infused fruits.
26000 Vodka is a dedicated New Zealand company, which takes pride in its handcrafted techniques and community spirit.
Matt Halliday says, "I am extremely excited to announce this partnership between myself and emerging New Zealand Premium Vodka brand 26000. I love their style, and their goals for the future fit very nicely with my own. I am looking forward to helping them succeed on a global stage, as well helping promote, amongst other things, responsible drinking in New Zealand, which is an issue we all have to push."
"We are unbelievably excited down here in Nelson, New Zealand to have the opportunity to work with Matt. It's great to be a premium New Zealand vodka company working with a New Zealand racing car driver of such stature. Matt represents the best this country has to offer, and it was a natural fit with us. We are taking our premium handcrafted vodka out to the world and are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Matt Halliday." - 26000 Vodka
