Bio info..............
The Bats Flying Nun have recently released a comprehensive DVD of band videos spanning their 24 year history. They've
also re-released 5 label compilation CD's, originally distributed to the world between 1986 and 1996. In common with all
of these is The Bats; one line-up that has lived for 22 years, released 6 albums, toured the planet 4 times and they're
still delivering the original compelling bouncey music that has infected many an audience to the point where they are
unable to resist the urge to dance; (they'd also like to mention their reflective darker moments).
A new Bats album is taking shape the working title is "Hubert" after the mascot that has accompanied The Bats on world
tours since 1986

Minisnap Kaye Woodward and Paul Kean, of the Bats, have been continuing to build up their repertoire of MINISNAP
material with Kaye taking a comfortable lead in singing and songwriting. They've been regularly playing around
Christchurch with their G3 Powerbook taking the rhythm chores and thankfully, more recently, Malcolm Grant (Bats
drummer) has been called in from The Trillionaires to augment with real drums.
Successful trips performing in both Wellington and Dunedin have secured a wider fan base and extensive nationwide media
coverage. Next step is to show Auckland and the World what Minisnap is all about. Watch out for a video by Richard Bell
of Sauce for "In My Pocket"
